If your surgeon finds out that you are still smoking, he will not perform the surgery.

2. Start ambulating as soon as possible.
3. Avoid strenuous activities for 4 weeks.
4. Refrain from physical contact with breasts for 3-4 weeks.

6. Only support bras without wire should be used after sutures are removed.
