1. Preparing the basic checkup report (valid for three months):

    Mother-to-be:

• Blood tests: blood routine (CBC), ABO blood group, Rh blood group, hemoglobin, HIV, syphilis serum test, hepatitis B antigen, hepatitis B antibody, hepatitis C antibody, Rubella IgG, AMH, TSH.
• Cervical smear examination: The result shall be considered as effective only within 12 months.
• Electrocardiogram and chest X-ray are also needed for the person who is 45 years old and older.

    Father-to-be:

• Blood test: blood routine (CBC), ABO blood group, Rh blood group, hemoglobin, HIV, syphilis serum test, hepatitis B antigen, hepatitis B antibody, hepatitis C antibody.
• Semen analysis.

Preparations for medical treatment in Thailand

1. Visa processing: Because you are not allowed to stay in Thailand for more than 15 days by Visa on Arrival and it cannot be extended, it is necessary to apply for a single entry tourist visa in advance. Required documents:

• Passport that is valid for more than six months and its copy
• A complete tourist visa application form
• A 2-inch color photo that was taken within six months
• Copy of round-trip tickets and confirmed tickets including the ticket numbers
• The original guarantee letter in English or Thai from the applicant's domestic company, school or Subdistrict Office (including the applicant's name, purpose of going to Thailand and the duration of stay in Thailand; the letter must guarantee the applicant's return to China on time, with the address and telephone number of the company, and the official seal of the company, including the name, position and signature of the person in charge)

2. Air ticket booking: You can book your own ticket.

3. Accommodation reservation: It can be booked by yourself or assisted by the relevant staff directly, and then enjoy the accommodation services in four or five-star hotels or high-grade apartments easily.

4. Pick-up and language: After landing, the hospital will provide professional medical translators for you.
